Every year I do this to highlight some of the many things this past year has brought me. As always I’m thankful for new friends and old and all the challenges I’ve faced. This year has been rather boring so here goes
January
- I again left Zales hopefully for the last time.
- Another semester on academic probation but I’m almost off even if it means only one class at UW. Metals 1….. which I’ve taken oh well.
February
- Made a ton of dinosaur heads in metals
- Went on the worst date…. He insisted we watch Jersey Shore…. Needless to say that was a first and last. But I was sure to offend him first.
March
- Nothing eventful… which is probably a good thing.
- I did get new glasses though. That’s pretty cool
April
- This was the start to my stomach stuff in August. I found out I have a parasite in my stomach that no matter how I tried it wouldn’t go away. 3 times on antibiotics and too be honest I think I still have it.
May
- Did well with finals. But not as well as I hoped.
- Courtney, Beth, Kaitlyn, and a lot of the art people I know graduated with BFA’s all returned for post back but it was bitter sweet.
- Due to the graduation of these people I learned to eat craw fish and that my love of Cajun spice is expanding even more.
June
- I finally got off academic probation by taking summer courses.
- Decided to take on another major and two minors this sets me back in graduation but opens a lot of doors.
- Interesting times in croquis with Nathan and Katie but the cupcakes were delicious.
- Traveled to San Diego to see Robert but that of course was ruined. The week was fun staying in a hostel, seeing Melyssa, hitting the sites.
July
- My 9th year with Trader Barb’s
- Computer issues resulted in hp having my laptop most of the month so it was an interesting time.
- Michelle and Larry officially adopted me this month. Second families are great
August
- Competed in the Warrior Dash with Meghan and Brandy. I beat their time by a few minutes even though I cut across half way.
- The whole weekend of warrior dash was a memory from toothpaste, who’s my mother, and drinking all the way to the car ride and music choices.
- This month was full of illness I found out I have an esophageal hernia and had a lovely camera shoved down my throat as well as other medical issues.
- Ended summer at the end of summer bbq for Buckhorn regulars. A very very good time.
September
- Uneventful just focus on school, friends and myself. Learning Arapaho was a lot of fun though.
October
- Finished the Arapaho class with an S. I greatly enjoyed everything about the class.
- Halloween was spent with Ella at a bar
November
- Papers, papers, papers. School is a good focus though
December
- This month has been another fight with doctors in and out of offices. Different drugs and problems.
- GPA’s up to a 2.42 so I’m very happy. Surprised I passed Museum studies but it was a great semester.
- Survived the end of the world. The battle was fierce and many lives were lost but in the end The Doctor saved us again.
This year wasn’t eventful but sometimes that’s a good thing. May 2013 be more eventful, fun, and full of health, friends, and memories.
